Return Policy - Leafz Coffee

RETURNS

Customers are granted a grace period of twenty-four (24) hours from the time of product receipt to initiate a return for any unsatisfactory purchases.

To be eligible for a return, the product must remain unused, untouched, and in the same condition as when it left our premises. Additionally, the product must be in its original packaging and accompanied by its confirmed order number.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it based on your concerns. We will promptly notify you of the status of your refund.

A full refund is applicable only if the product is returned to us in an unused, untouched, and precisely the same condition as it was when it left our premises. Please note that Leafz Coffee will not be held liable for any damages sustained during the delivery process or once the product has left our premises (refer to our Delivery Conditions).

If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your credit card (or any alternative method after your confirmation). The credit will be processed within a certain timeframe, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for covering their own delivery charges if they choose to have the returned product shipped to us. Delivery and/or shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the return delivery and/or shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
